- Fee: 1.5% on each top-up. No subscription, no account fee, no card issuance fee, nothing on a declined payment.
- Minimum top-up: 50 USD. Maximum per operation: 10 000 USD.
- Card currencies and issuing regions: EUR (EEA), USD (United States), HKD (Hong Kong).
- Cards are virtual only. There is no physical card and no ATM cash withdrawal.
- Networks accepted for top-up: 11.
- Balance is electronic money, not crypto: it is converted on receipt and does not follow the market.

## What BuyVirtualCards does not do

- BuyVirtualCards is not a bank and does not issue cards under any third-party bank name. Nobody can: a card carries the name of the institution that issues it.
- No identity verification is required. Create an account with email and password, top up, and your card is generated instantly.
- Crypto payments are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be undone.
- Electronic money is not a bank deposit and is not covered by deposit insurance.
- Advertising platforms sometimes decline prepaid BINs without stated reason, and often require the card country to match the account billing country.
