01 Pricing

One number.

One commission, charged on top-up. No subscription, no account opening fee, no card issuance fee, nothing on a declined payment.

Top-up commission

1.5%

Charged once, at the moment the top-up is credited. It is our only revenue: we have nothing else to sell you.

  • Account opening $0
  • Virtual cards $0
  • Single-use cards $0
  • Declined payment $0
  • Freeze & unfreeze $0
  • Closure $0

There are no plans to compare. A service that needs three columns to explain its price usually has something to tuck away in the third.

03 Exceptional charges

The ones we don't bury in a footnote.

They are rare. They exist nonetheless, which is precisely why they deserve to be spelled out in full.

04 What we don't charge for

Network fees

Ethereum gas, Tron energy, Bitcoin miner fees: your wallet pays them directly to the chain before we see anything. On small amounts they weigh heavily. It is one of the reasons for the $50 floor.

Your exchange's fees

If you send from a centralised exchange, it often charges its own withdrawal fee, sometimes a flat amount unrelated to the real network cost. Check before sending: it can exceed our commission.

A question about a number?

If a fee looks opaque, write to us. A price that has to be explained three times is a badly designed price, and we would rather know.
