Email, a long password, a second factor. No documents at this stage, no payment requested. You can explore the account area before going further.
01 How it works
There is no magic and no shortcut. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you send crypto-assets and the moment a merchant takes your payment — including the points where it can go wrong.
02 The journey
The line fills as you read. Each step says who acts: you, the chain, or us.

You · 1 minute
You enter an amount — $50 minimum, $10,000 maximum per operation — and choose a network. The invoice contains a dedicated deposit address, an exact crypto amount, and a 30-minute window during which the rate is locked.
You · varies
From your wallet or exchange, to the address shown, on the network shown. This is where most incidents happen: a correct address on the wrong network, and the funds are usually gone.
The chain · 5 seconds to 60 minutes
The network validates your transaction. We wait for a number of confirmations proportionate to the amount and the network. That delay is not ours to control: it is chain time.
Us · instant
On receiving the signed notification confirming settlement, we convert and credit your balance in electronic money, less our commission. From that moment you are no longer exposed to the price of the crypto-asset you deposited.
You · 2 minutes
Euro or dollar. The full number, expiry date and security code appear immediately in your account, masked by default and revealed on demand.
You · immediate
Every authorisation appears in the ledger within seconds, with the merchant name, the original amount, the currency, and any conversion applied.
03 A worked example
Sending USDT on TRC-20. Network fees are paid directly to the chain by your wallet: they never appear on our invoice and we do not mark them up.
The commission is the same for everyone and on every top-up: 1.5%. There is no tier, no preferential rate, no line that changes with the account.
04 When it goes wrong
Funds arriving after the 30-minute window are generally credited at the rate on receipt, not the locked rate. Write to us with the transaction hash: we reconcile manually, free of charge.
An underpayment of up to 1% is absorbed and credited normally. Beyond that, the invoice fails and the amount actually received is credited after manual review, within two working days.
Recovery is sometimes possible if the destination chain is compatible and we hold the key. Expect several days and a processing fee. If the address does not exist on that network, the funds are unrecoverable — by us and by anyone.
A notification can be lost. Our server queries the processor on its own after a minute. If nothing changes after an hour, contact support with the hash: in this case the funds are never lost, only late.
